The Annual Meeting on Friday April 21st and Saturday, April 22nd, Healing Relationships and Fostering Sexual Well-Being, will stimulate our thinking about sexuality and its problems, moving beyond our current conceptualizations of relationships, trauma and sexual well-being. Now more than ever, is a time to fully embrace the diversity of sexual preferences and experiences and to apply our science of sexuality to developing the best treatments for those who seek our help. In addition, we’ll get an update on recent developments in the diagnosis of sexual dysfunction, most notably with a panel discussion on the proposed changes to ICD-11.
Sunday, April 23rd, offers you an Ethics Course that will address the ethical issues inherent sex therapy in particular. There are ample of informal opportunities to spend with colleagues also. Between the welcome reception on Thursday night, the social excursion to Thomson House on Friday night, and the fellowship dinner Saturday Night, there will be a chance to reconnect with old friends and to interact with new acquaintances.
